About the night

The Halloween Special is a two-room, community-first house music night at Mooi Space, a multi-studio venue with concrete floors, mezzanines and garage doors at 75 Pelham Ave in the Junction. It's the first time Premier Music Group, No Sleep Club and Secret Society have put on an event together, and the whole building is decorated for Halloween.

Room 1 has UK tech house producer Iglesias, known for percussion-led grooves and releases on Solid Grooves, Hottrax and Elrow, playing a hybrid live set alongside Toronto's Nathan Barato. Room 2 is an intimate vinyl hybrid room led by Kiinjo. Around the rooms there's a full bar with Steam Whistle and El Tequileño, a slushie machine, a photo booth, a local vendor market, bottle service and a VIP backstage.

Getting there: UP Express Bloor and Bloor GO are a 5 to 10 minute walk; Dundas West station (Line 2) is about 15 minutes on foot. The subway stops around 2 AM, so plan your ride home. Our Mooi Space transit guide has every route.
